Emotional Self Regulation and Resilience through Mindfulness (6 week course)

Participants will learn the process of systematic desensitization to internal cues or a deprogramming of established reactive habits in the central nervous system to develop an internal locus of control while purposefully inhibiting habitual, learned reactions. 6 week course every Wednesday starting on November 28th – ending January 9th (no class on December 26th). Maximum 14.
